What is your return policy?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and the following territories – Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Where do you ship to? 

We offer ground shipping as our standard shipping option on all orders. 

LolaVie does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. 

Currently, standard ground shipping is FREE on orders $25 and over and on all subscription program orders to the following destinations – no promotion code needed. 

Duties, taxes, shipping and fees will be collected during checkout for shipments to Canada and the United Kingdom. All amounts are shown in US dollars and, where applicable, are subject to currency conversion rates with your banking institution.

What is your shipping policy?

LolaVie is currently only sold on our website to consumers for personal use and at Ulta Beauty and Credo stores within the US. 

We do not yet have plans to expand beyond that into wholesale distribution, export or salons at this time.

Do you work with wholesalers?

All LolaVie products feature our signature scent, a naturally-derived fragrance with herbal, citrus, and woody notes inspired by some of Jen’s favorite spas. 

Shine-boosting citrus, smoothing rose petals, and uplifting lemongrass are blended with an infusion of refreshing green tea. Fortifying woods and a blanket of soft musk notes tie everything together for a balanced botanical blend to instantly transport you to a serene, calm feeling with pops of brightness.

What is the scent of LolaVie products?

All of our products are suitable for all hair types and textures. 

This includes thin, thick, fine, wavy, curly, coily, dry, damaged, chemically-treated, color-treated, keratin-treated, virgin hair, and even hair extensions. 

For extensions, we do recommend that you keep post-shower LolaVie products away from the root attachment areas to avoid possible damage like loosening of adhesive. When in doubt, perform a strand test on extensions prior to all-over application.
