If you elect to "Subscribe & Save" between 11/20/25 - 12/2/25, you will receive 30% off your first subscription shipment and 15% on all recurring shipments thereafter. This offer does not apply to existing or previous subscription orders.

Holiday 2025 Shipping Schedule

Given the holiday rush and global shipping delays, we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee holiday delivery times. The below guidance has been provided by our carriers in an effort to arrive by Christmas, but again, it is important to note that delivery is not guaranteed.

We encourage you to place gifting orders as early as possible but no later than 12pm EST on:

• December 1st – for International standard shipping
• December 8th – for International expedited shipping
• December 15th – for US standard shipping
• December 19th – for US expedited shipping

Extended Holiday Returns Policy

For all orders placed between November 20 and December 31, 2025, LolaVie is extending our standard return window to 60 days from the date of order. This extended holiday return policy ensures that gifts purchased during the holiday season can be returned or exchanged with ease.

Please note that:

• Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
• Returned items must be postmarked within 60 days of order date

We, unfortunately, cannot accept returns from international (non-US) customers at this time.

This extended return policy applies only to orders placed between November 20 and December 31, 2025. Orders placed outside this period will follow our standard 30-day return policy.
