Extended Holiday Returns Policy

For all orders placed between November 20 and December 31, 2025, LolaVie is extending our standard return window to 60 days from the date of order. This extended holiday return policy ensures that gifts purchased during the holiday season can be returned or exchanged with ease.

Please note that:

• Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
• Returned items must be postmarked within 60 days of order date

We, unfortunately, cannot accept returns from international (non-US) customers at this time.

This extended return policy applies only to orders placed between November 20 and December 31, 2025. Orders placed outside this period will follow our standard 30-day return policy.
